How does our time critical delivery work?
When you reach out to a member of our team for a time critical delivery, this is what happens:
- A member of our traffic team will provide you with a price and a time estimate of delivery. If you want to proceed and are happy with the order, we will send you a payment link to get the process started as soon as possible.
- We will dispatch our closest courier to your desired collection point and our system will send you a email notification to alert you that the driver is on-route.
- The courier driver collect your parcel and once loaded drive direct to your delivery point on a dedicated journey without making any stops along the way, this is how we provide such a fast service and offer some of the quickest delivery times.
- When the courier driver has delivered your parcel, you will receive a delivery notification from our system via email alongside a proof of delivery which is also logged and stored within our customer portal so if you need a copy of it later down the line we have it on file.
